This is an easy best bet for me. Tulane is a good program. They're 6-1 with their lone loss in the Grove at Ole Miss. Rice is very mediocre and have achieved such feats as losing outright to UConn. Michael Pratt is a baller and he should cook.

In all seriousness Utah has played Oregon incredibly tough over the years. In Autzen last year Utah lost 20-17, Salt Lake City makes a huge difference and that defense will never not be mean. Go Utes.
