Mitch Spence is pretty good. The A's have something with the 26 year old hurler. I do not think he is good enough to stymie the Phillies' potent offense. They're slashing .260/.331/.422 as a team and that is a threat to any pitcher.
New York Yankees @ Baltimore Orioles(-1.5)

Luis Gil has started to look more and more like a rookie and the last time he faced Baltimore he only lasted 1.1 IP giving up 7 runs. He's squaring off against Grayson Rodriguez who has been dealing for a month, and has not given up a run to the Yankees in two career starts. I think that trend of a good pitcher being great against a bad lineup continues.
Cleveland Guardians(-1.5) @ Tampa Bay Rays

Gavin Williams is back and he's ready to keep it rolling from 2023. He's throwing hard and with his extension his 97 MPH heater plays closer to 101 MPH. I don't think the Rays can handle that heat into a great Guard Dawgs bullpen.
With the way Zack Little pitches to contact the Guardians should throw it back to 2022 and bloop him to death. His 1.37 WHIP does not bode well when facing an offense featuring Steven Kwan, Jose Ramirez, Josh Naylor, and David Fry.
