While the Marlins have started off stronger than anyone expected, I think that they will have hard games against seasoned teams. Kyle Stowers, Xavier Edwards, Griffin Conine, and Matt Mervis have been exciting and punished bad pitching. The pitching has never been truly awful, so they are finally scoring enough runs to win some games.

I think that Arizona will be crushing middling teams and worse in needing to keep up in a brutal NL West. Ketel Marte has returned to a lineup where Corbin Carroll, Geraldo Perdomo, Josh Naylor, Pavin Smith, and Alek Thomas are raking. I think that the Snakes jump all over Connor Gillispie and bang around that bullpen early. Diamondbacks for the best bet tonight.
