This Best Bet is less about Rutgers being some great team and more about Wisconsin being in total free fall. The Badgers are 3-7 straight up in their last 10, with an even worse 1-9 ATS in that same time period. Earlier in the year, Rutgers beat Wisconsin 78-56, and that is incredibly troubling for Wisconsin. The Scarlet Knights play slow, inefficient offense and they lit up the Badgers. I don't know if Rutgers wins outright in Madison tonight, but 10 is just too rich for a team in freefall like Wisconsin.
