The NFC West is fascinating because there isn't a bad QB. That makes it all the more interesting.

2024 Preview
The Cardinals are going to have a great offense. A full year of Kyler, James Conner, Marvin Harrison Jr, Michael Wilson, Greg Dortch, Tre McBride, and an improved OLine will make for a great offense. There's no Kliff Kingsbury to ruin it for everyone with static lineups and refusals to adjust. There's not too much else to be said. The Cardinals are going to score a ton of points and win some games because of that.
They'll lose some games because the defense still ahs a long way to go. They need another draft to really focus on address the defense the 3 or 4 top 100 picks. That process has started with Darius Robinson, Max Melton, Elijah Jones, and Taylor Dadrion-Demrson, but that's a lot of reliance on rookies to be high end impact players immediately. Sean Murphy-Bunting is a veteran presence for the secondary, and Budda Baker will make a game saving play a couple times a year. Mack Wilson is a goof linebacker that was added to a corp that desperately needs it. Zaven Collins is good, versatile player, but unless Darius Robinson is an immediate 10 sack+50 pressure guy immediately, the pass rush is going to struggle, along with the rest of the defense.
OVER OR UNDER
I like the over, you need to score points in the NFL to win games, and boy can the Cardinals score points

MHJ OROY if the QB's are bad. I don't think Caleb will bad enough to lose it, but in the event he is, MHJ would feel like a lock.

2024 Preview
The Seahawks had a ton of roster churn, but managed to evolve for the modern NFL. Mike MacDonald is a defensive coach, but the offense was improved this offseason by improving the OLine in free agency and the draft. Geno Smith, Kenneth Walker, Noah Fant, Zack Charbonnet, Tyler Lockett, DK Metcalf, and JSN are a great skill position group, it was smart to go get improvements at RT and LG. AS always it's a matter of health and commitment to a philosophy, but with a new coaching staff I believe we'll see more forward thinking offensive game plans.
The defense is vastly improved. Going away from that archaic cover 3 scheme and Mike MacDonald implementing match zone and more dynamic defense is going vastly improve the Seahawks. Tyrel Dodson and Jerome Baker are an immediate upgrade over current Bobby Wagner and Jordyn Brooks. The pass rush could still improve by the addition of Byron Murphy via the draft and the keeping of Leonard Williams is going to crate a strong interior presence and Boye Mafe has improved every year so far on the edge. The Secondary is the crown jewel with Devon Witherspoon, Tariq Woolen, Michael Jackson Sr., Tre Brown, and Julian Love is a great group, Witherspoon and Woolen especially. MacDonald is going to deploy them well.
Over or Under
Over. The Seahawks are better and there is one team that got worse in the NFC West

2024 Preview
The Rams are my pick to win this division. McVay is the best coach in the NFC West. Matt Stafford is best QB in the division. Kyren Williams, Puka Nacua, Cooper Kupp, and DeMarcus Robinson are the 2nd best Skill group in the NFC West, and they have by far and away the best OLine in the BFC West. They're stable, dealt with minimal roster churn, no holdouts to speak of, and they just are flying under the radar. They have a perfect mix of youth and experience on offense, and defense for that matter, and are primed for a potential deep playoff run.
The defense, despite losing the best defender these yes have ever seen. will be solid, and potentially good enough to win multiple playoff games. The linebacking corp leaves a lot to be desired, but they adressed the DLine by drafting Jared Verse and Braden Fiske, who are joining a good group of Kobie Turner, Bobby Brown III, and Byroin Young. The secondary is good with Tre White, Cobie Durant, and Darious Williams handling teh corner positions and Kam Curl Quentin Lake being good enough to hold up in the backend. They also drafted some nice depth pieces that coudl eventually be plus tarters in Kam Kinchens, Brennan Jackson, and Tyler Davis. it's a solid unit that won't blow games for a great offense.

Over, They're going to win the division

2024 Preview
I really do not like the 49ers vibes. Tragedy aside regarding Ricky Pearsall, hopefully he has a speedy recovery, the 49ers offense feels like it's going to have a cloud over it this season. Brandon Aiyuk and Trent Williams held out of the entirety of training camp for new deals, so who knows if they'll play in the first couple of weeks. The offensive lien without Trent Williams is the worst in the NFL and they did nothing to address it. Purdy performed terribly when either Samuel or Aiyuk ahs missed time and lord knows that the OLine isn't going to provide help without Williams. Super Bowl losers historically have hangover years, and I just feel it coming for a team that has invested entirely in skill and got bailed out by Mr. Irrelevant being somebody. Otherwise the front office and Shanahan would've been gone for making that Trey Lance trade. The skill should be enough to overwhelm opponents and I still think the 49ers will be solid, I just don't think they'll be the world-beaters they have been.
The defense will be good., Losing Dre Greenlaw hurts a ton. and it's hard to replace a backer as versatile as him. Campbell is good but he's long in the tooth and just not the same athlete or skillset that Greenlaw is. The secondary is taking a hit as Talanoa Hufanga isn't joining the team until mid-season as he recovers from injury. Nick Sorensen is an upgrade on Steve Wilkes and he has done a phenomenal job with the secondary, especially with the development of Deommodore Lenoir and Talanoa Hufanga. To be honest, as long as Fred Warner and Nick Bosa are on the field, the unit will be great. I amn unsure if they'll be as good as last year missing some cornerstones up the middle, but they should still be top 10.
OVER OR UNDER
Under. I think the offense will be a mess to start the season, and that will put them in position to realistically finish 10-7 or 11-6
Player Prop
Nick Bosa DPOY, Purdy MVP is vile but on the table, Fred Warner DPOY, maybe even CMC OPOY. There's talent there to win these awards
